This website Art of the Title studies the start of films and why they're there. This particular post shows the start of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, and the paragraph underneath gives a description of what is going on. Because we have a time limit of two minutes to stick to, we don't have time to use a really long and detailed title screen of our names coming up. We have decided, as a group, that we are going to show the name of the sequence as 'The Girl With No End' because it sparks enigma and intreges people so they'd want to know what happens. This title could come up between shots with just a black screen and the title in the middle. This could also be effective so you don't get a lot of information. This would tie in with our thriller genre. We don't know as yet if we're going to show the picture behind the title or use lots of different photo's but we are decided when we come to edit. We are using the art of the title website to find a design that is right for our sequence.
